Although our main focus is renovations, we occasionally will take on property preservation items based on the location of the work orders. In some areas we only have renovation crews so we try not to set anyone up to fail including our clients and crews. We will always be honest when it comes to abilities to handle specific jobs including property preservation requests. Property Preservation is how JBF started and has been our spring board for the industry we are currently in.
